They come back and say to a judge that you didn't consider A, B and C, ... You endure these serial filings. It's just part of law. As long as there is paper and a typewriter there'll be a motion, but I think the court's original ruling is clear. So we move on, we answer any questions that the judge wants answered, and I expect that the result of this motion will not be different than the result of their original motion.

It's a great way to put stuff out, send it out, let everybody read it and then say 'Oops,' ... You'd hear them screaming like wounded animals if we did the same to them. So that's it. I'm just not going to sink to their level.

This is whacking out the weeds to get to the real issue. But I must say I don't view this as anything more at this point than dealing with dated odds and ends.

Anybody can make an allegation, ... They've made allegations for years, but they have not backed them up with responsible evidence. We really cannot play this game of they make an outrageous allegation and we respond.

These are all facts that are going to come out anyway. And the case has enormous public visibility.

When we learn about things, we take an action.

Most people who commit crimes are not very bright and don't take many precautions. 'CSI' and all the other crime shows will make no difference.

There are people out there that have significant disabilities. This recognizes the right of that person to show that to a jury.
